ORDERS

Until the order has not been dispatched from our warehouse, you have the possibility to change or cancel the order.
If you wish to do so, please contact us as soon as possible via email or chat. This way, we have a better chance to assist you before the package is shipped from our warehouse.
Once the order has been shipped, we are unable to halt the shipment. If you do not wish to keep the order, you can exercise your right to withdrawal and return the product. Read more about returns here.

Order confirmation is automatically sent to the email address you provided at checkout upon completing your order. If you have not received the order confirmation, we recommend checking your email's spam/junk folder. If it's not there, it's possible that there was a misspelling in the email address. Please contact us via chat or email so that we can verify the email address associated with your order: post@multisupps.com.

We request your email and phone number because the delivery company we use require this information for delivery purposes. Your private information is not shared with any third parties beyond what is necessary for the delivery process.

PRODUCTS & RESTOCK

You can monitor products that are out of stock by clicking the 'notify me' button and entering your email address. You will find this button on the product page for items that are out of stock. When the product is back in stock, you will be notified by email immediately.

Do you have a desire to access a specific product that we do not offer? Please feel free to suggest this product, and we will do our best to include it in our range. Send your suggestions to post@multisupps.com.

DISCOUNT CODES

By subscribing to our newsletter, you will always stay updated on promotions that may include discount codes.

If you have a code and forgot to enter it during your order, we kindly ask you to contact our customer service as soon as possible for further assistance. You can reach us at post@multisupps.com, or through live chat.

If you have tried a discount code and it's not working, please check that it is spelled correctly. If it still doesn't work, contact our customer service, and we will assist you further.
